ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

1. General Policy

All sales through Smart Banner Hub—including Clustrolin™ animations, Quantum Auth Forge™ document authentication, banners, E-cards, and any other services—are final. Services are delivered instantly upon payment. We do not offer refunds.

2. Creative Studios (Clustrolin™)

Animation generation begins immediately upon payment. No refunds for:

Failure to download within the 24-hour access window
Lost or compromised download links
Technical issues preventing download
Dissatisfaction with animation quality or style
Regret over uploaded content
Copyright claims or legal issues from your uploads

3. Document Authentication (Clustrauth™)

Quantum Auth Forge™ authentication processing begins immediately upon payment. No refunds for:

Verification failures due to file modifications
Lost Certificate IDs
Disputes regarding authenticated documents
Dissatisfaction with authentication results
Legal issues arising from authenticated documents

4. E-cards

Once queued or delivered, E-cards cannot be cancelled, edited, or refunded—even if delivery fails, is filtered as spam, or causes any consequences.

5. Access Periods

Animations: 24 hours (single purchase) or 30 days (pro packages)
Certificate PDFs: Download promptly after authentication

After expiration, data is permanently deleted with no recovery option. Failure to download does not qualify for a refund.

6. Before You Purchase

Low-quality images produce low-quality animations
Download immediately—links expire
Save backup copies—we cannot recover deleted content
Save your Certificate IDs permanently
Verify E-card email addresses—we cannot fix delivery issues

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for properly delivered services may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Agreement

By purchasing, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. Digital services are delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
