Smart Banner Hub LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides a creative, educational, and security platform ("Platform") powered by our proprietary technologies:
Our services include instant-access creative tools, order-based animation generation, educational courses with real-time stroke scoring, document authentication and verification services, API-based authentication integrations, and white-label platform deployments.
Our Clustrolin™-powered creative studios allow you to create mathematical animations from various inputs:
Important: For best results, use high-contrast images with dramatic lighting. Results vary based on image lighting, contrast, and detail complexity.
StrokeSense Academy is our learning management system powered by Clustrolin™ technology, enabling real-time stroke scoring and handwriting education. See Section 9 for complete StrokeSense Academy terms.
Our Clustrauth™-powered authentication services, including Quantum Auth Forge™, the Clustrauth API, and the White-Label Studio, provide cryptographic document signing and verification using our EMVA™ architecture. See Section 8 for important terms and disclaimers. See Section 10 for White-Label Platform terms. See Section 20 for API-specific terms.
You are responsible for downloading content within applicable timeframes.
The White-Label Studio enables businesses to deploy Clustrauth™ as their own branded document authentication platform—their logo, colors, domain, email templates, and pricing—while Smart Banner Hub LLC operates as invisible infrastructure. White-label tenants receive the complete Clustrauth cryptographic pipeline, including the same EMVA™ four-part evidence package and hybrid post-quantum cryptography. See Section 10 for complete White-Label Platform terms.
BY UPLOADING ANY IMAGE TO OUR PLATFORM, YOU REPRESENT, WARRANT, AND AGREE THAT:
You may NOT upload images containing:
LEGAL WARNING: Uploading prohibited content may result in immediate service termination and reporting to appropriate authorities, including law enforcement.
NO HUMAN REVIEW: Uploaded images are processed entirely by automated algorithms without human review. We do not and cannot verify the appropriateness, ownership, or legality of uploaded content.
NO CONTENT MODERATION: We do not pre-screen, monitor, or moderate uploaded images. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
NO LIABILITY FOR IMAGE PROCESSING: We are not liable for how our algorithms process your images, including any distortions, color changes, or unexpected results in the generated animations.
ORIGINAL IMAGE DELETION: Your original uploaded image is converted to point cloud data and immediately discarded. We only retain the generated MP4 animation for 24 hours.
NO DUTY TO MONITOR BUT RIGHT TO ACT: While we do not monitor uploaded content, we reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts if violations come to our attention. If we become aware of CSAM or other illegal content requiring legal reporting, we will comply with all applicable reporting obligations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
By uploading any image, you expressly waive and release Smart Banner Hub LLC from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to:
Any material you create, upload, generate, or otherwise transmit through the Platform (collectively, "User Content") is entirely your responsibility. This includes uploaded images, animation text, drawings, banner content, e-card messages, documents submitted for authentication, course content created by teachers, stroke recordings, recipient information, white-label branding assets, and anything else you input. If your User Content offends, infringes, is illegal, or causes any harm, you bear full and exclusive responsibility.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to process your content for the requested services and deliver the resulting outputs (animations, authentication, or educational content delivery). This license automatically terminates when your content is deleted from our systems, except for course content which remains licensed while your teacher account is active, and certificate records which are retained permanently for verification purposes.
You waive all claims against Smart Banner Hub LLC arising out of or related to any decision not to block, remove, screen, or otherwise act on any User Content or generated outputs.
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS Smart Banner Hub LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against ANY AND ALL claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, fines, penalties, and expenses (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

When you authenticate a document through Quantum Auth Forge or the Clustrauth API, you receive a four-part EMVA™ evidence package:
Your original file is never modified or stored. Only the cryptographic hash and certificate metadata are retained. You may verify your document anytime by uploading the file with your Certificate ID. See Section 8 for important terms regarding document authentication services.
You are responsible for downloading your content within the applicable access period and saving your Certificate IDs permanently. We provide no extensions, recovery options, or re-generation services after access periods expire.
Your order access link is unique and should be kept secure. Anyone with access to this link can download your content during the access period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order links and bear all consequences of shared or compromised links.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART BANNER HUB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, PRIVACY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO:

Our Encapsulated Multi-Vector Authentication (EMVA™) architecture produces a four-part evidence package. You understand and agree:
SANDBOX CERTIFICATES HAVE NO EVIDENTIARY VALUE. Certificates generated using sandbox or test API keys are explicitly watermarked as test artifacts. They are not cryptographically equivalent to production certificates and must not be presented as authentic evidence in any legal, regulatory, or business context. Sandbox usage is limited to 3 free test signatures per API key, with additional per-IP and global daily limits.
Certificate records created through any Clustrauth service (Quantum Auth Forge, Clustrauth API, or white-label deployments) are retained permanently for verification purposes. Certificates are not deleted when an API subscription is cancelled or when a white-label tenant is offboarded. If a white-label tenant is offboarded, certificates previously issued under that tenant's branding will revert to default Smart Banner Hub branding for verification purposes, but cryptographic verification will continue to function.
Clustrauth™, Quantum Auth Forge™, and Encapsulated Multi-Vector Authentication (EMVA™) are proprietary to Smart Banner Hub LLC. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive our systems.
StrokeSense Academy is a learning management system that enables teachers to create handwriting and stroke-based courses, and students to learn with real-time feedback powered by our Clustrolin™ DBSCAN engine. By using StrokeSense Academy as a teacher or student, you agree to the following terms in addition to all other provisions of these Terms of Service.
By creating a teacher account on StrokeSense Academy, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

Teacher Content Ownership: Teachers retain ownership of the course content they create, including stroke recordings, lesson structures, and instructional materials.
License to Smart Banner Hub: By publishing content on StrokeSense Academy, teachers grant Smart Banner Hub LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process the content solely for the purpose of operating StrokeSense Academy and delivering courses to enrolled students. This license continues while the course remains published on the Platform.
No Sublicensing: We will not sublicense, sell, or transfer teacher content to third parties outside the Platform without explicit written consent.
Revenue Split: For paid courses, teachers receive 70% of net course revenue and Smart Banner Hub LLC retains 30%. "Net revenue" means gross payments received minus payment processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks.
Pricing: Teachers set their own course prices. We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum price limits.
Payouts: Teacher earnings are paid out according to our then-current payout schedule and minimum thresholds. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.
Taxes: Teachers are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. We may require tax documentation (such as W-9 forms for U.S. teachers) before processing payouts.
Changes: We may modify the revenue split with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Teachers may NOT publish courses containing:
We reserve the right to remove courses and terminate teacher accounts for violations without refund of pending earnings.
Nature of Certificates: Certificates issued upon course completion are Platform certificates indicating completion of the specific course on StrokeSense Academy. They are NOT accredited credentials, professional certifications, or government-recognized qualifications.
No Guarantee of Recognition: We make no representations that certificates will be recognized by employers, educational institutions, or any third parties.
Teacher Responsibility: Teachers must not misrepresent the nature or value of certificates in their course descriptions or marketing.
Smart Banner Hub LLC is a platform provider, not a party to transactions between teachers and students. We are not responsible for resolving disputes regarding course quality, content accuracy, or learning outcomes. Teachers and students agree to resolve disputes directly. We may, at our sole discretion, mediate disputes or issue refunds, but are not obligated to do so.
StrokeSense Academy uses our Clustrolin™ DBSCAN engine to provide real-time stroke scoring. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores accurately reflect skill level, learning progress, or mastery. Scoring is based on mathematical comparison to teacher-recorded references and may not account for legitimate stylistic variations. Teachers configure tolerance settings; we are not responsible for overly strict or lenient scoring configurations.
The White-Label Studio enables businesses ("Tenants") to deploy Clustrauth™ document authentication as their own branded platform. Smart Banner Hub LLC provides the underlying cryptographic engine, infrastructure, and evidence package generation. Tenants customize branding (logo, colors, company name), email templates, and optionally configure custom domains. By subscribing to a White-Label plan, you agree to the following terms in addition to all other provisions of these Terms of Service.
As a White-Label Tenant, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
Subscription Plans: White-Label plans are offered at published monthly or annual rates. Each plan includes a specified number of document signatures per billing period. Current tiers and pricing are published on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Overage Charges: If you exceed your plan's included signature quota in a billing period, additional signatures are automatically billed at the per-signature overage rate for your tier. There is no automatic usage cap—overages will continue to accrue for each signature beyond your quota. You are responsible for monitoring your usage through the dashboard or usage API.
Annual Billing: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Signature quotas are allocated monthly, not annually. Unused signatures do not roll over between billing periods.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade your plan at any time, with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Price Changes: We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
NO SLA FOR STARTER, GROWTH, OR SCALE TIERS. White-Label plans at the Starter, Growth, and Scale tiers are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment, no guaranteed response time for support requests, and no service credits for downtime. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.
ENTERPRISE SLA: Only the Enterprise tier includes a contractual Service Level Agreement with defined uptime commitments, response times, and service credits. Enterprise SLA terms are negotiated individually and documented in a separate agreement. Nothing in these Terms of Service creates an SLA obligation for any non-Enterprise tier.
Each White-Label tier is subject to per-minute and per-hour rate limits on signing and verification operations. Rate limits are enforced at both the individual API key level and the aggregate tenant level. If you exceed your rate limits, requests will be temporarily rejected. We may adjust rate limits at any time to maintain platform stability.
Certain features are available only on specific tiers. Feature availability includes but is not limited to:
We may modify feature availability with 30 days' notice. We will not remove features from a tier you have already subscribed to during your current billing period.
BEST-EFFORT DELIVERY: Webhook notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery, timeliness, or ordering of webhook events. Webhook delivery may be delayed, duplicated, or lost due to network conditions, endpoint availability, or system load. You are responsible for implementing idempotent webhook handlers and should not rely on webhooks as the sole mechanism for critical business operations. We recommend polling the certificate or usage API as a fallback.
Endpoint Requirements: Your webhook endpoints must respond within 10 seconds and return an HTTP 2xx status code. Endpoints that consistently fail may be automatically disabled.
If your White-Label subscription is cancelled (by you or by us), the following lifecycle applies:
Your Brand: You retain ownership of your branding assets (logos, company name, color schemes). By uploading branding assets, you grant us a license to display them within your white-label deployment for the duration of your subscription.
Our Technology: The underlying Clustrauth™ engine, EMVA™ architecture, cryptographic pipeline, and all platform technology remain the exclusive property of Smart Banner Hub LLC. Your white-label license does not convey any ownership interest in our technology.
Powered-By Attribution: Depending on your plan and configuration, a "Powered by Smart Banner Hub" attribution may appear on your platform. Removal of attribution is subject to plan tier and configuration options.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your White-Label account immediately, without prior notice, if:
In the event of termination for cause, we are not obligated to provide a grace period, and pending overage charges remain due.
All payments are handled by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). You agree to abide by their terms of service. We are not responsible for payment issues, disputes, or errors caused by those third parties.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Animation orders, authentication services, API subscriptions, white-label subscriptions, and course enrollments are processed immediately upon payment. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated data about website usage, including pages visited, time spent, browser information, user interactions with features, and general geographic location. This helps us improve our services. You may opt out using browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
We collect usage telemetry across all Platform services for operational purposes, including feature usage events, user identifiers (for authenticated users), anonymous session identifiers (for unauthenticated visitors), timestamps, error status, and payment funnel metrics. This data is used to monitor platform health, improve services, and generate aggregate analytics. Usage telemetry does not include the content of your documents, images, or course materials.
Neither Google Analytics nor our internal telemetry systems have access to or collect data about your uploaded images, documents, or stroke data. Content processing occurs separately from analytics and telemetry tracking.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Violations may result in immediate termination of service and reporting to law enforcement.
Unless specifically authorized via our API, you may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform or attempt to download other users' content.
You may not conduct security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or load testing against our Platform without prior written authorization from Smart Banner Hub LLC.
You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Platform, including authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or access controls.
Smart Banner Hub LLC provides tools for users to create animations from their own uploaded content, authenticate their own documents, deploy branded authentication platforms, and create or consume educational courses. We do not host a public gallery or sharing platform for creative studio outputs. Generated animations and authenticated documents are accessible only via private links to the purchasing user and are automatically deleted from our systems after the applicable retention period. Course content is accessible only to enrolled students. Once downloaded, users are solely responsible for their use and distribution.
While our limited access model and automatic deletion significantly reduce copyright concerns, we respect intellectual property rights and maintain DMCA compliance. If you believe someone has used your copyrighted work to create content through our service, contact us at [email protected].

Users are solely responsible for any copyright infringement in their downloaded content or published courses. By using our service, users agree to indemnify us against any copyright claims arising from their uploads, course content, or their subsequent use of downloaded content.
Clustrolin™, Clustrauth™, Quantum Auth Forge™, Encapsulated Multi-Vector Authentication (EMVA™), StrokeSense™, and all Platform content, design, graphics, interfaces, algorithms, and software are owned by or licensed to Smart Banner Hub LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or authorized business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from our systems.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of animations generated from your own content, documents you authenticate, and course content you create. However, we retain all rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and processes used to create those outputs.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We are committed to complying with applicable state privacy laws, including the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar regulations. Users may exercise their data protection rights as provided by applicable law by contacting us at [email protected].
Our services are provided from the United States. If you access our Platform from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States in accordance with U.S. law.
StrokeSense Academy may be used by children under 13 with verifiable parental consent. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents or guardians may contact us to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's personal information.
Our Platform uses cryptographic technology subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including Ed25519, ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204), and SHA3-256 (FIPS 202). By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. embargo, and are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list.
You may not use our services if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions. You may not use our services if you are on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list or the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oregon, not through court proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial. If you initiate any claim against us and do not prevail, you agree to pay all our costs and attorney's fees. Each party shall otherwise bear its own costs and attorney's fees, except as provided in Section 4 (Indemnification).
You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a representative capacity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Access to our Clustrolin™ and Clustrauth™ APIs is provided subject to these Terms and any additional API-specific documentation. API access is granted through API keys, which you are responsible for keeping secure and confidential. Each API key is associated with either a sandbox (test) or live (production) mode.
Subscription Plans: The Clustrauth API is offered through subscription plans (Developer, Business, Enterprise) with monthly signature quotas. Current pricing, included signatures, and overage rates are published on our pricing page.
Overage Billing: Signatures consumed beyond your plan's monthly quota are automatically billed at the per-signature overage rate for your tier. There is no automatic cap on overages. You are responsible for monitoring usage via the usage API endpoint.
Bulk Signing: Bulk signing (multiple documents in a single API request, up to 20 documents) is available on Business and Enterprise plans only.
Idempotency: The signing API supports optional idempotency keys with a 24-hour deduplication window. Duplicate requests within this window return the cached result without re-signing or re-billing.
Each API key includes sandbox access for testing. Sandbox certificates are watermarked, carry no evidentiary value, and are subject to usage limits (3 free test signatures per API key, with additional per-IP and global daily limits). Sandbox mode is intended solely for integration testing and development. You must not present sandbox certificates as authentic in any context.
API usage is subject to per-minute and per-hour rate limits that vary by subscription tier. Rate limits are enforced per API key and, for white-label tenants, also at the aggregate tenant level. You agree to:

The document verification endpoint is free and unlimited for all API key holders. Verification checks the document hash against stored certificate records and validates both classical and post-quantum signatures. Verification does not count against your signature quota.
We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API features at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so. You are responsible for maintaining compatibility with current API specifications.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting your rights, we will endeavor to provide notice through the Platform or via email.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, or have parental consent if younger. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Teacher accounts and White-Label Tenant accounts require users to be at least 18 years old. By uploading images of minors, you warrant that you have proper legal authority.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, any API documentation, and any separately executed Enterprise SLA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Banner Hub LLC regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
