Our services include instant-access creative tools, order-based animation generation, educational courses with real-time stroke scoring, and document authentication and verification services.
Our Clustrolin™-powered creative studios allow you to create mathematical animations from various inputs:
Important: For best results, use high-contrast images with dramatic lighting. Results vary based on image lighting, contrast, and detail complexity.
StrokeSense Academy is our learning management system powered by Clustrolin™ technology, enabling real-time stroke scoring and handwriting education. See Section 9 for complete StrokeSense Academy terms.
Our Clustrauth™-powered authentication services, including Quantum Auth Forge™, provide cryptographic document signing and verification. See Section 8 for important terms and disclaimers.
You are responsible for downloading content within applicable timeframes.
BY UPLOADING ANY IMAGE TO OUR PLATFORM, YOU REPRESENT, WARRANT, AND AGREE THAT:
You may NOT upload images containing:
LEGAL WARNING: Uploading prohibited content may result in immediate service termination and reporting to appropriate authorities, including law enforcement.
NO HUMAN REVIEW: Uploaded images are processed entirely by automated algorithms without human review. We do not and cannot verify the appropriateness, ownership, or legality of uploaded content.
NO CONTENT MODERATION: We do not pre-screen, monitor, or moderate uploaded images. You are solely responsible for ensuring your uploads comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
NO LIABILITY FOR IMAGE PROCESSING: We are not liable for how our algorithms process your images, including any distortions, color changes, or unexpected results in the generated animations.
ORIGINAL IMAGE DELETION: Your original uploaded image is converted to point cloud data and immediately discarded. We only retain the generated MP4 animation for 24 hours.
NO DUTY TO MONITOR BUT RIGHT TO ACT: While we do not monitor uploaded content, we reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts if violations come to our attention. If we become aware of CSAM or other illegal content requiring legal reporting, we will comply with all applicable reporting obligations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
By uploading any image, you expressly waive and release Smart Banner Hub LLC from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to:
Any material you create, upload, generate, or otherwise transmit through the Platform (collectively, "User Content") is entirely your responsibility. This includes uploaded images, animation text, drawings, banner content, e-card messages, documents submitted for authentication, course content created by teachers, stroke recordings, recipient information, and anything else you input. If your User Content offends, infringes, is illegal, or causes any harm, you bear full and exclusive responsibility.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely to process your content for the requested services and deliver the resulting outputs (animations, authentication, or educational content delivery). This license automatically terminates when your content is deleted from our systems, except for course content which remains licensed while your teacher account is active.
You waive all claims against Smart Banner Hub LLC arising out of or related to any decision not to block, remove, screen, or otherwise act on any User Content or generated outputs.
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS Smart Banner Hub LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against ANY AND ALL claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, fines, penalties, and expenses (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising from or related to:

You are responsible for downloading your content within the applicable access period and saving your Certificate IDs permanently. We provide no extensions, recovery options, or re-generation services after access periods expire.
Your order access link is unique and should be kept secure. Anyone with access to this link can download your content during the access period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order links and bear all consequences of shared or compromised links.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART BANNER HUB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, PRIVACY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO:

Clustrauth™ and Quantum Auth Forge™ are proprietary to Smart Banner Hub LLC. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive our systems.
StrokeSense Academy is a learning management system that enables teachers to create handwriting and stroke-based courses, and students to learn with real-time feedback powered by our Clustrolin™ DBSCAN engine. By using StrokeSense Academy as a teacher or student, you agree to the following terms in addition to all other provisions of these Terms of Service.
By creating a teacher account on StrokeSense Academy, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

Teacher Content Ownership: Teachers retain ownership of the course content they create, including stroke recordings, lesson structures, and instructional materials.
License to Smart Banner Hub: By publishing content on StrokeSense Academy, teachers grant Smart Banner Hub LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process the content solely for the purpose of operating StrokeSense Academy and delivering courses to enrolled students. This license continues while the course remains published on the Platform.
No Sublicensing: We will not sublicense, sell, or transfer teacher content to third parties outside the Platform without explicit written consent.
Revenue Split: For paid courses, teachers receive 70% of net course revenue and Smart Banner Hub LLC retains 30%. "Net revenue" means gross payments received minus payment processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks.
Pricing: Teachers set their own course prices. We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum price limits.
Payouts: Teacher earnings are paid out according to our then-current payout schedule and minimum thresholds. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.
Taxes: Teachers are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. We may require tax documentation (such as W-9 forms for U.S. teachers) before processing payouts.
Changes: We may modify the revenue split with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Teachers may NOT publish courses containing:
We reserve the right to remove courses and terminate teacher accounts for violations without refund of pending earnings.
Nature of Certificates: Certificates issued upon course completion are Platform certificates indicating completion of the specific course on StrokeSense Academy. They are NOT accredited credentials, professional certifications, or government-recognized qualifications.
No Guarantee of Recognition: We make no representations that certificates will be recognized by employers, educational institutions, or any third parties.
Teacher Responsibility: Teachers must not misrepresent the nature or value of certificates in their course descriptions or marketing.
Smart Banner Hub LLC is a platform provider, not a party to transactions between teachers and students. We are not responsible for resolving disputes regarding course quality, content accuracy, or learning outcomes. Teachers and students agree to resolve disputes directly. We may, at our sole discretion, mediate disputes or issue refunds, but are not obligated to do so.
StrokeSense Academy uses our Clustrolin™ DBSCAN engine to provide real-time stroke scoring. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores accurately reflect skill level, learning progress, or mastery. Scoring is based on mathematical comparison to teacher-recorded references and may not account for legitimate stylistic variations. Teachers configure tolerance settings; we are not responsible for overly strict or lenient scoring configurations.
All payments are handled by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). You agree to abide by their terms of service. We are not responsible for payment issues, disputes, or errors caused by those third parties.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Animation orders, authentication services, and course enrollments are processed immediately upon payment. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated data about website usage, including pages visited, time spent, browser information, user interactions with features, and general geographic location. This helps us improve our services. You may opt out using browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
Google Analytics does not have access to or collect data about your uploaded images, documents, or stroke data. Content processing occurs separately from analytics tracking.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Violations may result in immediate termination of service and reporting to law enforcement.
Unless specifically authorized via our API, you may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform or attempt to download other users' content.
You may not conduct security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or load testing against our Platform without prior written authorization from Smart Banner Hub LLC.
You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Platform, including authentication mechanisms, rate limits, or access controls.
Smart Banner Hub LLC provides tools for users to create animations from their own uploaded content, authenticate their own documents, and create or consume educational courses. We do not host a public gallery or sharing platform for creative studio outputs. Generated animations and authenticated documents are accessible only via private links to the purchasing user and are automatically deleted from our systems after the applicable retention period. Course content is accessible only to enrolled students. Once downloaded, users are solely responsible for their use and distribution.
While our limited access model and automatic deletion significantly reduce copyright concerns, we respect intellectual property rights and maintain DMCA compliance. If you believe someone has used your copyrighted work to create content through our service, contact us at [email protected].

Users are solely responsible for any copyright infringement in their downloaded content or published courses. By using our service, users agree to indemnify us against any copyright claims arising from their uploads, course content, or their subsequent use of downloaded content.
Clustrolin™, Clustrauth™, Quantum Auth Forge™, StrokeSense™, and all Platform content, design, graphics, interfaces, algorithms, and software are owned by or licensed to Smart Banner Hub LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or authorized business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from our systems.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of animations generated from your own content, documents you authenticate, and course content you create. However, we retain all rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and processes used to create those outputs.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We are committed to complying with applicable state privacy laws, including the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar regulations. Users may exercise their data protection rights as provided by applicable law by contacting us at [email protected].
Our services are provided from the United States. If you access our Platform from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States in accordance with U.S. law.
StrokeSense Academy may be used by children under 13 with verifiable parental consent. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Parents or guardians may contact us to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's personal information.
Our Platform may use cryptographic technology subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. embargo, and are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list.
You may not use our services if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions. You may not use our services if you are on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals list or the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oregon, not through court proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to a jury trial. If you initiate any claim against us and do not prevail, you agree to pay all our costs and attorney's fees. Each party shall otherwise bear its own costs and attorney's fees, except as provided in Section 4 (Indemnification).
You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a representative capacity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdictional limits.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Access to our Clustrolin™ API is provided subject to these Terms and any additional API-specific documentation. API access may be granted through API keys, which you are responsible for keeping secure and confidential.

We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API features at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so. You are responsible for maintaining compatibility with current API specifications.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting your rights, we will endeavor to provide notice through the Platform or via email.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, or have parental consent if younger. Users under 18 must have parental consent. Teacher accounts require users to be at least 18 years old. By uploading images of minors, you warrant that you have proper legal authority.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any API documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Banner Hub LLC regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
